His Way
In John 14:6 Jesus made an absolute statement by saying,
"I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”

In a world saturated with misinformation, often labelled as "fake news," it's more crucial than ever to anchor ourselves in absolute truth. Jesus Christ boldly declared, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life." This isn't just any truth; it's a truth we can believe in, rely on, and stand upon. Believing in Him as the sole path to the Father and to heaven secures your eternal life and saves you from His judgment.
But how do we navigate our lives on Earth in the meantime? Again, the answer lies in Jesus Christ, who is the very embodiment of truth. In John's Gospel, Jesus prayed for believers, saying, "Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth." This powerful statement reveals that God's Word is Truth, just as Jesus is Truth.
The Bible, as God's Holy Word, provides us with the guidance we need to live a life that reflects Jesus Christ's earthly walk. It offers answers to life's most profound questions and illuminates the path to living in a way that pleases God. This divine truth sanctifies us, meaning it sets us apart and makes us holy as we abandon the ways of the world, the flesh, and the devil. The Bible is a living Book, through which God actively directs our lives on a daily basis.
At Faith Fellowship, we are committed to upholding and proclaiming this Truth. We delve into it during our midweek Bible studies, foster it through personal discipleship, teach it through our CMI student training program, and give it the prominence it deserves in our Sunday worship services. We wholeheartedly encourage everyone in our community to actively read and study God's Word, so that they too may live a life that is truly pleasing to Him.
Daily Devotions
Good morning, brethren, ✝️❄️
26th June 2025
How good are you at “waiting on the Lord”? We pray, and so often, we want the Lord to respond like the _” Genie in the Lamp”_, popping out and granting immediate answers to our prayers. Let’s learn a lesson from David, who had been crowned as King over one tribe, the tribe of Judah. He waited on the Lord for over seven years to fulfil His promise that David would one day be the king over all Israel.
2 Samuel 2:8–11 — 8 But Abner the son of Ner, commander of Saul’s army, had taken Ish-bosheth the son of Saul and brought him over to Mahanaim. 9 He made him king over Gilead, over the Ashurites, over Jezreel, over Ephraim, and over Benjamin, even over all Israel. 10 Ish-bosheth, Saul’s son, was forty years old when he became king over Israel, and he was king for two years. The house of Judah, however, followed David. 11 The time that David was king in Hebron over the house of Judah was seven years and six months.
Look at this short commentary on these verses: “David had never asserted his right to the throne. Neither did he do so now. Rather, he chose to leave the matter in the hands of the Lord. If Jehovah had anointed him as king, Jehovah would subdue his enemies and bring him into the possession of his kingdom. The Lord Jesus similarly awaits the Father’s timing to reign over the entire globe. His dominion is recognised only by a minority of mankind now, but there is an appointed day in which every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Phil. 2:10, 11).” MacDonald
The most important thing to do today is once again confess Jesus Christ as Lord in your heart and believe that He knows the best way to lead and guide you. Trust Him and proclaim Him, for He may come today!
Have a blessed day serving your King and keep warm. 💟🔥
